チャオピューの「インターナショナル」ポートを観に行く

Photos showed the natural gas loading port for Chinese company in Kyauk Phyu, Rakhine state in Myanmar.

Local people said International port will be built there in the future, however, there is NO international port except Chinese port that loaded imported natural gas from all over the world to send it to China from Kyauk Phyu. That means Kyauk Phyu industrial port is used only for Chinese, not for Myanmar people from now on.

The security said "Japanese " and "journalist " are prohibited to enter this port, and finally the wife of the security chief rode on our boat when we went back to the town from this port.


チャオピューはミャンマー第三の経済特区が作られる予定ですが、開発は中国企業が行うことになっています。開発予定の国際港まで漁船で観に行きました。

結論は、国際港は開発されておらず、中国用の世界から輸入してきたガス荷下ろし港だけが出来上がっているという状態でした。つまりミャンマーのチャオピューは、2016年三月現在においては、ミャンマーのための港ではなく、中華人民共和国の輸入港そのものなのです。

日本人とジャーナリストは同港に上陸禁止とのことで、上陸中は始終ミャンマー語で会話し、帰りの舟に同港警備員長の奥方が勝手に乗り込んでくる有様です。警備員は中国語のできるミャンマー人でした。
